Create Adobe LiveCycle form

I need to create a form in Adobe LiveCycle that I can edit at a later time. I have no problem with creating LiveCycle/PDF forms, however, one of the things I need to have the form do is offer the end user the ability to choose from several different images to be displayed and printed from a dropdown box. This is the part that I am not familiar with. The form is on 8.5"x11" paper. All images provided. Form is created already with the exception of dropdown function.
