I need a PCB board with LED battery level meter, and Adjustable potentiometer. PCB requirements: Dimensions: Must fit inside a 1.6" diameter tube. Circular footprint (max 1.6" diameter) -Wheel potentiometer mounted on parallel plane to exterior of footprint. Surface mounted LEDs for battery monitor. Input voltate 12 to 16.8 volt DC Output coltage regulation 7.5V - 12.5V DC Adjustable with wheel potentiometer (Minimum radios of .75" LED batter gauge 12V to 16.8V 4 LED min 6 LED max Arc pattern is preferable but not required.

HI, I am an electrical engineer and good in PCB designing. I have designed a lot of PCB's. I have read your project. All you need is DC step down regulator that can step down the voltage according to your requirement with micro-controller in it for arcing pattern of LED
