Develop a Mac Application - SkyScanner API -- 2

I'm looking for someone to work with the skyscanner API script: [login to view URL] 1. The objective of this project is to create a program that will find cheap flights around the world. 2. Please sign up for the program is free. 3. I'd like to create a desktop program with all the world's airport codes hardcoded in, and organized by continent (six continents - North America, South American, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania). [login to view URL] is a sample website of all the "a" codes. I'm open to you scraping these codes, or finding a different resource. 4. The program should also hardcode in an airmileage calculator. This is key, but it's a simple distance calculator between two airport codes. It should automatically calculate the distance. If the ticket is roundtrip, than the flight distance should include the distance to and from a location. If the ticket is one way, the flight distance should only reflect the flight distance one way. 4. The goal is to keep the program running constantly, looking for cheap airfares. Here is how the search parameters will work. 5. Desktop program will have the following inputs, which user will be able to select: a. Departure Airport (s) - User will be able to select multiple depature airports (or a continent, like Europe, and all departure airports are selected). b. Arrival Airports (s) - User will be able to select multiple arrival airports (or a continent, like Europe, and all arrival airports are selected). c. Roundtrip or One Way (or both) d. Dates - Specific Dates OR I will be able to select multiple months (like September 2016, October 2016), etc. OR I will be able to select cheapest month. I've included Sample 1 - Skyscanner lets users select whole months or the cheapest month. f. Time of Search - This will be in hours. So basically, how many times a day the program should search each route in the API. It could be something as simple as every "x" hours, with x being user input. For each routing, the program should search the routing at the designated interval (every "x" hours"). g. Finally, the program should have a an input for "cents per mile". So the user can say they are looking for flights that meet the threshold of "7 cents per mile". Cents per mile are calculated the following way: Cents per mile = (Total Airfare found by SkyScanner) / (flight distance of pairing) 6. Given the parameters, I'd like the Desktop program to continously search for airfare, based on the interval. OUTPUT 1. For every airfare that hits the cents per mile threshold, I'd like the output produced in via a xml file. 2. I'd also like the results to show up in a Google Doc. For both the xml file and the Google Doc, the program should produce the following information: a. Date the fare was found. b. Departure airport. c. Arrival Airport. d. Departure Date. e. Arrival Date.
