Create about 200 meals in Chinese for different diets

I studied Nutrition and Engineering at Utah State University. I think I may be an excellent choice for you. I have spent 44 days in Shenzhen, China just this year. I have a fluent Chinese friend here at work and my Chinese is improving. I have many friends in China to ensure the food would be liked. I also have access to a man in The Netherlands that has the largest cookbook collection in the world. He has a large collection of Chinese traditional meals, some have never really been released. I can do a variety of tasks. I just need to know if the meals will be in Chinese or English and I can take it from there. It is important with meal planning that the people have access to those ingredients. Many vegetables and other ingredients are either too expensive or not available.
