Custom listbox control to support drag and drop

I am looking for a custom control that has 2 list box controls and has following features - Allows user to drag and drop items from one listbox to other listbox. Allows them to select multiple items and click button to move items from one listbox to other. So, there will be 4 buttons between the 2 listboxes - one to move all items from listbox1 to listbox2. Second button to move single or multiple items selected in listbox1 from listbox1 to listbox2, this button should be enabled when user selects an option from listbox1. third button to move all items from listbox2 to listbox1. Fourth button to mobe single or multiple items to move items from listbox2 to listbox1. This control will also have 2 buttons next to listbox2 to move an item up and down within listbox2. Allows drag and drop of an item within listbox2. Have properties to bind data to listboxes. Have properties that page can use to get items from each listboxes so that it can be saved to database. Preferably there should be no postback or it should be using AJAX.
