ASP.net Using Telerik Controls and VideoPlayer Library Control

I need two fairly simple applications: project 1. Using Telerik controls (demos are fine I have own license) RadGrid with a file upload column using the Rad Upload control in the grid template. Each file upload should be bound to the Primary Key (Int)column of the SQL database. So each entry into the grid will have a file that is bound to that record ID. The DB only needs the primary key field and title column, I can add the rest later. The project should be done in VS 05 and almost all of it should be done in the designer... what little code is needed should be C#. Project #2 I need a simple windows media player library web server or User control. Embedded media player on the left on the right side ([login to view URL]) a dynamic playlist section. URL to the video, thumbnail option, title, description & date options in the playlist field. Both projects should be finished as stand alone applications. Fine to use SQL express. I can modify that later. Feel free to ask questions as needed.
