Authentication, authorization and billing system for Telecommunication Company

We need to implement a system of authentication, authorization and billing to allow us to manage various telecommunications services. Our company will implement various online services to be consumed by our customers. Generally our clients are companies with multiple internal users. Users are of different types and must have access according to their profile and permissions. We need a system that can store different types of credentials possible and comply with the functions of authentication, authorization and billing. The account owner can create new users and assign profiles and permissions. The owner can assign permissions to another user ownership. An owner can not be removed unless the count has another owner. These characteristics are given by the type of service. The client can hire prepaid and postpaid services with one account. For example charging stations per seat call center can have a monthly charge per job but issuing service calls will be charged for each transaction on prepaid. Developing need the following: • Data structure that allows store customers, users, permissions and everything related to accounts and access. (Class diagram c# .net) • Data structure that lets you store services and payment methods. • API for authentication and authorization Machine to machine (for use with web-api). • Control System for web browser sessions. • Admin Control Panel and user profile page. • No Sql server implementation. • IIS server implementation. The idea is that this is a comprehensive system that allows management and customer management and finances. Billing system time charges, recurring and consumption. MUST: . NET WEB-API C #.
