Database design and few SQL squeries

I am designing guard patrol system. Watchmen walks around the building and checks his presence on different locations where "Sensors" are. The tour is predefined in system with order of locations (sensors), time (in minutes) between two sensors and time tolerance (between sensor1 and sensor2 it is expected that watchman will need 5 minutes and +-2 minutes tolerance.

I need help with database design and SQL queries which will show planned and real path and marked all deviations.
