CSV Manipulation, use Regex or TSQL maybe

I can write a script to leave only data for every hour and also move the DATE from its own row to TIME column (or in its own column if you wish).

Hi, I am interested in your project. You can count on me for a fast and 100% accurate job done. First of all I noticed that there are some minutes of the hour missing (like 12:15:43, and mores). But this is not a problem at all, just letting you know. Also, you say you want the data per hour. What would be the row (minute) we will keep for each hour? First, last or somewhere in the middle? I can give you a simple script to be executed in Windows, that processes the input file and produces an output file in csv format as well, with one header line, one row per each hour and the additional head column with the date in it. If you want the script can also directly write to a database of yours, instead of producing a csv file. Or it might even produce a .xlsx file I need to know: 1. do you want the date to be formatted in ISO (yyyy-mm-dd) or in other format? 2. what row is chosen for each hour (first one, middle one, last one, one with average/min/max value in some column)?

Hi Stephenrob, I work in data analytics and manipulate data of this kind quite regularly. I have seen the data and can definitely do what you are after.
