Website that uses AXL, SQL, Informinx, OBDC

Hi,

I would like to create a website used for database access. This webpage would have menus, choice items and text fields. Each of those fields/menus would be used to read/write to an Informix Database.

It would use something like this:

Please have a look if you would be familiar with this type of environment. It's been a while since I wanted to realize this project. I do not have the expertise to write a website and or the tools to make it work. Altough, I can certainly telll you exactly what it's supposed to do.

This is a serious job. I would like to work with someone who is accessible anytime via phone facebook or hangout. and of course emails.

NO COMPANIES, only individual who have plans or making an awesome yet rare product. I do not mind that you are from another country than the US, altough, please make sure you are fluent in english or french and you are highly motivated.

In order to win the project, you will need to make a microsite on a WINDOWS SERVER. (I can provide the windows server if you ask, otherwise you can use your own)
I will give you VPN access to Cisco Call Manager so your server can communicate securely with my CUCM.
I will give you a text file with all the information you need to connect to call manager using your server.
Your challenge is to make a micro website that can:
1. Read the current "Device Pool" of the phone and display it
2. Use a drop down to show the other "Device Pool"
3. Change the current device pool to "YOUWONTHEPROJECT"
4. Save
Then you just won the project!!!

Basically the only thing that shows me is that you are able to do what I want the website to do. This is a proof of concept. Then you will have plenty of fun :)

I will help you as much as I can all along the project. and IF your proof of concept works, I will pay you for your time for it + you won the project.

If at least one of you could send a message related to what I ask AXL, SQL. It would be great. If you are SURE you can do this project you will at least make a plan so I can understand what you would like to do and HOW you plan to use SQL. PLEASE STOP SENDING codes lines or wordpress website. This is NOT what I'm looking for.
