Write an Android application

I need two things done: Please do not bid if you don't understand what i want.

First project: A mobile App (Android and Apple).

I need a mobile app (Android&App) so users can read e-newspaper, e-magazines, and e-books on the website.

Sample android apps are:

A. Okadabooks: If possible i need the payment options that are on okadabooks to be on my app too. Also the category layout of this app. Users can save the epapers, emagazines, and ebooks, to a menu on the app called 'My Archives', which can be accessed offline and can also be deleted later. Users can sign in with facebook or google plus.

B. CompleteSports Epaper: I want the page flip feature on this app to be on my app too.

C. Users can only read the newspapers,magazines they subscribe to. Other newspaper frontpage will be visible, but the content will not be accessible to non-subscribers.

E. Users can only read the books they have bought.

F. Users can refill their wallet on the app to make seamless purchases.

G. App will have mobile ad spaces and push notifications.

Second project: An epaper reader to be integrated into the website for users to read.

I want an epaper reader with the exact functions of the one on kashmir reader. see the link here - http://epaper.kashmirreader.net/.

- subscribers on the app can also login with the same subscribed username and read the epapers.

- Users can read and download, but can not share to friends.

-Advert slots exactly as shown on the attached screenshot.

- The reader section will be accessible via login to subscribers.
