Create simple Android application

I need an android application just like the one available on the below link. [login to view URL] This application is for an educational institute and I need the same for my institute. It allows the user the create Profile using login page. 1. Students can only register once we provide them user id and password. 2. Students can also give online test and see their results on the dashboard page for all the tests. 3. Admin panel will be required for us to create and delete test series in each category as there will be 3-4 categories. Please refer to the screenshots for the above application. Let us know the cost for this complete application along with source code. Please quote the exact amount in your bid what will be the cost for this.
