Create Android & iOS Mobile Application

Hello, I need a very simple mobile application because we already have a responsive web site as you can see in included pictures. I am searching for a mobile developer with good experience in Android and iOS development and Admob integration. We have a chat website and we would like to create a mobile application for it. You won\'t need to code anything on the web site because is already ready and is responsive. All I would need from you: *get an ADMOB banner in the footer, users can\'t close or hide the banner. *get an ADMOB interstitial open every 5 min *a control panel we can use it to send push notification to the app users for both iOS and Android *an automatic push notification appear each time the user don\'t open the app for the last 10 days. *integrate our web site in the app ( iframe it ) you don\'t need to change nothing or add anything because the web site is already responsive and is working great on mobile. *iOs version need to work also on iPad *Android version need to work also on tablet *the size of application need for be the minimum possible, if it can be less than 2MB, that will be great. As much as possible, we do not want to exceed 8MB++
