Complete an Android app

I have an app that's nearly done but it needs some tweaks. It's a very basic app that takes pictures and uploads them to the main website.

1) There are a few very minor tweaks needed to how the upload process works

2) A login screen will need to be created.

3) A few bugs might exist that need to be fixed.

See the attached doc for a fuller list. This doc was prepared for the previous developer, but they are unable to finish the work at this time.
