Compile Android Custom ROM

Hello, I'm looking to have a custom ROM compiled per our company needs We are currently using Android-x86 4.4.2 .iso We want to edit the following - Remove all apps, only keep ( Contact - gallery ).. we want to have the lite'st version possible with the minimal usage of CPU/RAM - Custom [login to view URL] should be created to look exactly as a real MOBILE DEVICE. - Custom Model/Manufacture shall be made we are using VMware ESXi 6.0 so Kernel will populate /sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/ There would be 5 sections need to replace content with what we want, This will effect the user agent which we want it to be exactly as a mobile device. - The ROM should be exactly like any MOBILE, with user-agent it should be recognized as MOBILE DEVICE and not Android over a virtual MACHINE. This is a very small project which can be made in almost 6 hours or less .. please be reasonable in your offers. We will award this project within the next 12 Hours. Regards
