Cell Phone Ping - user location triangulation - GPS

1. software application which will allow ANY mobile cellular (global) number to be typed into user interface software that will geolocate a device by obtaining the coordinates via GPS or Cell Tower Location "PING" which will enable the parsing of meta data onto any Geo-map, BING, GOOGLE ETC.,: 2. Software application can be programmed to run at pre-set and pre-defined set intervals; 3. Solution should operate on ALL GSM networks globally; 4.
