Build an iPhone version of my application

1. Report: you take a picture of the problem you want to report and select the category it is most related to, such as irregular sidewalks, public lighting, potholes on streets, animal abuse ... the list goes on. You add a description about that issue and provide information about its location. 2. Propose: here is where users can submit ideas for their cities or suggest improvements for a specific location. After adding a photo, description, category and location, you can publish your proposal to gain support from other citizens. 3. Evaluate: we also offer the chance for users to assess existing public institutions or services. After providing the location and name of the organization/service, you rate it according to different criteria. All posts are shown in your timeline as users publish them, and each one is pinned to a crowdsourced map with all the other publications in that city. We incentivise every Government office to use a backend Dashboard tool for the management of daily issues faced by urban dwellers. Our intention is to be a powerful communications tool between citizens and government agencies/bodies. Government agencies/bodies will have their own dashboards to monitor what users are saying, forward requests to the right teams, and track their status. They can also respond directly to any claim, as in a comment, and provide feedback about the reported issues to any user. Using the app, residents can submit and track non-emergency service requests, such as potholes, burst pipes, new building violations, illegal or overfilled dumping and basically any other nuisances. They can snap photos of the issue and send them directly to the City staff — and view and track other requests in their neighborhood. Able to offer ‘Near Me’ GPS Functionality. A listing of locations based upon distance from app user Users can also schedule a bulk-item trash pickup. Keep your citizens well-informed, send notifications about important news, provide service & business phone numbers, email addresses, and contact forms so people can quickly get in touch with questions. The app should have direct active communication tools and advanced poll tools. app allows users greater access to various government departments such as Transportation & Engineering, Buildings & Inspections, and Health, but the focus must remain on Public Services. service requests filed using the app should go directly into the City's Customer Service Request (CSR) system.
