Yes, we can track the route of a user and as well as upload to our server. Initially we can also save it to our local mobile device also so data charge will not be harmed for end users. I have also worked on similar type of tasks for NUHS (National Health University of Singapore) to measure a patient route so they can track any decease. Offline maps actually not worked properly because it depend on end user mobile sim card provider. We can also implement any type of search operation. It will be a nice experience for both of us to work together. Just give us a look for further move.
