The project you request cannot be completed using the standard Android API, as it considered by the Android development team to be a security and privacy violation and they have therefore specifically ensured that it is not possible using ordinary approaches. It is, however, possible to achieve by intercepting events at a kernel level. This can *only* be done on rooted phones.
