Android Tablet Integration With Hospital Information System with Windows Based Dashboard

Greetings Folks, Our client is one of the biggest hospital, that have more than 500 android based tablets located outside of each doctors' clinic, patients' rooms and other correlated locations. We have 15 to 20 days to complete this project. Our Major task is to design two interfaces: 1. Design an interface to pull the information from Hospital Information System and display on the screens, this app will be install on all 500 screens to pull the information via LAN (PoE). Hospital IT will provide us LAN's path to pull the information i.e. Dr. Name, Clinic #, Patient #, Wait status for the next patient etc. 2. Design an interface (Dashboard) for Windows platform where all the 500 screens could be seen connected, and from Windows platform, we would able to push Videos, Images, or Scrolling text to few or all of the connected Android screens. We also need to group android device to distribute or push different videos, photos to different groups. Further Details are as below details: 1. Hospital is running HIS (Wipro with SQL Database) 2. Hospital IT will provide URL to be linked with 10” web browser, that URL will automatically fetch the information from databases i.e. Dr. Name, Clinic #, Patient #, Wait status for the next patient etc. 3. Different URLs for different screens to display unique information i.e. Clinic : 58, Dr. John, Ticket # W58-06 4. The screen could be display Video, Images, Scrolling text and URL all together 5. All the screens shall be centrally controlled i.e. to publish the content from server to screens I have attached a small video of what we want as sample. All the above listed requirements are mandatory for this project, if any freelancer unable to fulfill any one of them, we may not release his payment and consider this project as incomplete. If for some reasons, any freelancer couldn't understand above clearly written requirements, we will not be responsible to pay him without any negotiations, disputes etc. I have attached one video as a sample of output that we need, with LG 10" Android 4.4.2 screen's specification.
