We need an experienced app developer to build a custom smartphone app with the following functions: 1. Read QR code 2. Load QR code content 3. User interface to select option(s) 4. Check out/confirm purchase 5. Credit card payment- the credit card payment system needs to be custom built to send payments to multiple independent accounts. 6. Send purchase confirmation to a third party 7. Email receipt 8. Store data of transaction & QR reader content 9. Facebook status update The smartphone app is to be integrated with a desktop/tablet interface for purchase review and action. This is a ground up build that requires, graphic design, user interface, custom programming and payment facilities. We encourage only experienced developers with the required skills to apply. Specified OS: iPhone 3 onward Top app requirements: Fun & easy to use Great looks 100% bug free- very important! Universal platform support: Yes Development of graphic design and UI elements to built as part of this project. Additional comments: We are keen to get this project underway. We expect there will be a long term relationship with the developer requiring future work and refinement.
