Create Mobile App for iphone and andriod and windows

I am looking for someone to create a mobile app for various mobile platforms.
The app is for a corporate apartment and homes company. The app's main functions are:
New customers/tenants should be able to download App and put in their login credentials and get:
- A map of where the property is that they are now living
- If applicable a gate code or any other code needed to get in the building
- Code's for gym and other common areas
- Instructions on moving into the corporate housing facility
We will need the ability to create profiles for each new client that they can access with a provided login. This will be on going.
