Craigslist scraper with SMS notifications

I need a craigslist scraper/rss program similar to www.craiglook.com. Basically we need to be able to enter certain key phrases for items on [url removed, login to view] that will generate an SMS alert with the url when an item meeting that description is posted. Open to different programming solutions, just need an interface that allows us to choose several key phrases to be monitored, not just one.

Very simply: We want to be able to see new postings for products very quickly after they are made so that we can be the first to contact sellers.
