Convert Excel Spreadsheet to iPhone IOS app. Iphone 4 and up.

Looking for an app developer to convert a spreadsheet to an IOS 7 app. The spreadsheet is basically a timesheet for tracking employee hours. There are some formulas. This is a V1 project so I need to app to basically accept inputted data and store it as a record that can be recalled later and also emailed copy of any record on push of a button. I have a fully functional excel sheet to copy functionality from. Please see the attached spreadsheet and follow the instructions within so you can see the functionality. The main use of the app is to keep track of your own hours so at the end of a job you can match totals with your supervisor. We will be able to test the app with XCode and IOS emulator. Developer must be open to some basic feedback for final submission. There will be a quick followup with a V2 with some additional features and graphic UI redesign, so the design must be flexible to include new features later for an additional award. V3 will include further UI refinements and also require porting to android. We would prefer to keep the same developer for V2 and V3. Developer must provide final XCODE plus a compiled functional demo to receive milestone payment. APP must be able to be published to the APP store under our developers account.
