Bluetooth Low Energy tracker - Phase 1

An existing iPhone application which uses a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device has stopped working following iPhone OS updates. The app now immediately crashes once opened, although the home screen appears when in tab mode (double clicking home button). Phase 1 of this project will be simply to get the app working again. I will send the developer the existing app for modification. Following some testing with the hardware, we will move to phase 2 which will involve some changes to the app and some additions, including a simple GPS "locate me" function. Full details will be provided following testing. Please note that currently I am looking for someone to fulfil phase 1 for a fixed price, however with the view of contracting them for phase 2, which will require firm knowledge and experience of working with BLE hardware and apps. As such, please indicate at the beginning of your response that you have relevant experience. We shall not be considering any responses which fail to do this.
