Android app, will work just like our website

1. i have a desktop version of the site, i need a mobile app powered by 5 php pages. Written in css or html5. I already have a desktop version and mobile version which is composed of 5 php so this should be pretty easy.. 2. The site is a simple search engine for videos, allowing users to download videos that can be converted to mp3 codec. So If the user watches a video, then the system will flag that video id, and setup the video to be converted to mp3 codec. The users ip is stored on the db table so when the video is converted, the user will see whatever video he watched ready to go in mp3 codec. I need the same concept for the app, but instead of notifying based on ip, i need it based on (iphone id). 4. I also need the users mp3 files the user downloaded to be only accessible within the app, or a directory on andoid folder called "/mnt/sdcard/mp3obama/ . And would like to ( (limit of say "75" downloads), so the user will can upgrade later.
