Appcelerator Titanium QR code scanner application

Project requirements: Developer required to provide two mobile applications for both iOS Android operating systems + Source code Appcelerator titanium. Below is the App workflow: Screen 1: - User open the app. - QR code scanner is displayed, on top of the qr code scanner window, user will see the following: A. Transparent graphic with the following message “Scan the QR Code”. B. Icon with an embedded URL. if user clicks on the icon it will open the webpage in a webview component. - User scan the QR code, 2 options: A. If QR code DO NOT have [login to view URL] URL + Parameter ⇒ App should open (in a web view component) the following URL: [login to view URL] Webview component should not includes address bar or any buttons (web page should looks like native app). B. If QR code have [login to view URL] URL + Parameter ⇒ App adds two GPS coordinates to the URL+Parameter (so it will be URL+Parameter + 2 GPS coordinates) and post. Screen 2: - After posting URL+Parameter + 2 GPS coordinates, App open the webpage (received from the post) in a webview component. webview component should not includes address bar or any buttons (it should looks like part of native app). Mobile developer should provide Web developer a javascript component that will enable to go from the webview to screen 1 (QR code scanner). So web developer could add a button to allow user to go back from the webview to the qr code scanner.
