Create a Mobile theme for a prestashop site

I have an online fashion store created through prestashop. It is great for desktop viewing however the mobile site is less than desirable. It is very similar in look to the main site and stretches out past the screen to the point of half the site being unreadable and unusable (picture 1). I am looking for someone to create a simple mobile only store similar to the look of the site in pictures 2 and 3, and to make it fit a mobile screen size. I have the themes folder ready to send through and all the items in the store are complete so it is only a matter of redoing the layout. Thankyou !
