Need a simple app to be able to plugin to our bespoke support ticketing system so that our support staff can update and respond to tickets on the move.
Very simply needs the following workflow:-
1st Screen - Welcome Screen
2nd Screen - list of tickets
3rd screen - ticket details with text form for response
4th screen - confirmation screen of details entered.
I can supply the backend queries for the listing and updating of the tickets as we already have an api to plug into - I just need the front end done.
Needs to be on blackberry platform.
