Make a simple children's app for Android in Java/XML

GAME SCREEN - Exactly as all the other similar apps, you scratch away an opaque or partially clear cover over a background image.Specifically...when you swipe, rub the screen the foreground is rubbed away. <> Along the top of the screen must be 4 buttons that do the following (centre the buttons with a gap): 1. Sets a new random image in the background and a randomly colored opaque foreground to be rubbed away. 2. Sets a new random image in the background and a randomly colored partially-opaque foreground to be rubbed away. 3. Sets a new random image in the background and a black and white version of the image in the foreground to be rubbed away, to reveal the colored version. 4. turn background music on/off If any of the above is uncertain please check the similar app: MORE DETAILS: - We prefer a min sdk 8, target sdk 17+, if you prefer something else please let us know why and we can probably approve that - app must look the same on phones at 320x240 up to HD phones and tablets at 1920x1280+ I will add the music and so no audio is required by you. However you will need to tag where the audio is played, eg // stop background music here // start background music here +include oncreate or onpause etc when required // onpause - stop background music here // onWindowFocusChanged - start background music here - The game activity must look good on any Android phone/tablet from 320x480 up to 1920x1280.  - There needs to be unused (black background) room at the bottom of the screen for Admob advertising, ie typically leave 320x50 or 468x60 depending on the type of phone/tablet, check and add the correct size add. I can program the Admob activity if you dont know how (but it is very easy), but you MUST add a linear layout for the admob to the xml. Please include the time it takes to make minor adjustments after the app is complete to your bid so you are not upset if we feel something you have done can be improved.
