Develop an Android mobile app to compare photos

Its an App to Compare photos of similar faces; Friends with friends, or friends with famous people. The Job is to develop an app very similar to instagram (Home, Profile, upload pictures, news, top photos) but insted of uploading any kind of picture you must upload at least 2 pictures of persons that have similar faces. Its a game that allows you to see what famous celebrity someone looks like and you can compare it with friends and family also challenge other friends to find more similar persons. (vote, rate, challenge, share, like, dislike, earn points and be the best finding "twins") Here are some apps similar to this one: in facebook,only for iphone app: facecomparewithfriends Instagram [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Example: How to play the celebrity look alike app See your closest celebrity match Simply touch the center, button Select a Face to Compare, select your gender, and select a photo from either your device Photo Library, your saved photos (Face Library) taken from within the Face Compare with Friends app, or take a new picture by selecting Take Photo. Once you have taken or selected a photo ¿ select which faces you want to compare to. Select from free faces, any purchased library, or select all to see your best match across TV, Movies, Old Hollywood and many more! NOTE: Lighting and makeup can affect the results of your celebrity look alike ¿ so check your results often ¿ before work, school or play ¿ and see who you are looking like that day! Like your match, or agree with results ¿ share with friends via Twitter, Facebook or email, or save by clicking the share button at bottom right. Which friend is your twin? To compare your looks with friends, click the Friend Compare at top right. Results are shown for Facebook friends you have invited to the app, or connected with in the app. Want to see more results ¿ click the invite button to invite your friends to Face Compare with Friends app. A small notification will be sent alerting your friends that you have invited them to play in this app. Face Compare with Friends will not post anything to your Facebook account without your consent. PS: We want to work fast, we need someone with experience programing and designing mobile app for androids. PS2: The design for this app would be totally different from the example ones and its going to be like Instagram but will have some new features (already defined).. Obviously we will launch the first version as simple and basic as we can, thats is why the payment wont be more than 1000$ PS3: We expect to work on several upgrades so we need someone who want to keep working with us.
