Design and Implement Small Android App

I'm looking for someone who: 1. Has good Android development experience as to complete the work quickly and reliably 2. Has solid design intuition and experience as to be able to determine the best and most appealing design from a conversion-rate perspective, and where the provided spec doesn't provide visuals 3. Is detail oriented as to ensure requirements are met, and to ensure the app is thoroughly tested for bugs 4. Has one or more popular Android devices to test on The project is to design and implement an application intended for The School of Intuitive Insight ([login to view URL]). Initially, the main users will be students who already go to that school. The app will provide them with the meditation (audio file that’s around 17 minutes) that they may listen to daily to set their energy for the day. Additionally, the app will facilitate them signing up for healings, readings, classes or workshops provided by Ginna, the main instructor at the school. The signing up facilitation will be mainly by providing an email template to be sent to the instructor (so no need to build any sort of booking system or backend, etc). I don't expect this to be a complex app to implement.
