I've read the description and I've the seen screenshots. I must appreciate this idea because I too suffered with unknown contacts saved on my mobile. In Android, it is possible to run the camera behind the application's screen and can take snap. And an application can add contacts into the system. I've 3+ years of experience in Android development. My hands-on experience in design, development and distribution of Android applications can certainly suit with this requirement. I've worked with Camera feature in most of my applications and I know how to handle positive and negative flows along with Android's device fragmentation. I'll use Eclipse Luna and latest Android SDK to complete this project. I will use any free and open third party libraries if it is needed. It is assumed that all the graphic assets will be provided.
