Complete Android reporting application

Hi Freelancer I have an Android project that needs completion. Unfortunately the developer that was assigned has had to leave the project before it could be completed. The application is an Android tablet application designed for 10.1" tablets, users are able to sign in to the application and fill out 2 kinds of report. The reports contain information about construction machinery and wear tolerances, the tablet operator is expected to measure the wear and enter this into the respective report. The tablet operator can save reports for later, attach up to 6 photos to each report, and when he/she is ready submit them via HTTP POST to a JSON API that is existing and documented. The application has the login component done, but needs the reports completed (they are both partially built) and connected to the API, as well as the photo upload facility. I'm looking for a freelancer who can work with me on this project, I estimate approx 30 hours work until completion. The project is in Android studio - if you do not have experience with Android studio and Gradle then please don't apply. There is urgency on this project - I need this completed ASAP so if you are swimming in commitments or won't have it done for a month please don't apply. Potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.
