Auto Call Answer

I need an application for automatic call answering, mean time to fit in, no ringing phone call and not be history calls, running in the background all the time and be active, to match only one number that will I can do at least is to that number!App to be called system,and icon be sommething like system file, to open it ,must enter it pin code, Anybody can do it? I will 20$ for [login to view URL],Let those who apply can really do this.
