Android Apps development for Tablet - POC

Dear All, I am looking for Android Application development (on tablet) for Proof of Concept (POC) Project and next step will be production development after approval. Key success factor for POC , intuitive User experience and integration with SQL ( you will be responsible only for REST/Webservices as Database design is done) Following are high level Screen flow • Login Screen Simple User ID and Password • Landing Page 5 Application Icons, 3 Active Icon and other 2 are not active (if users click, simple message display) • Each application will lead to simple user form after user complete form it record will submit to the database Additional Featured and requirement • Preferred protocol to interface with database is REST ( but open for suggestion) • After successful data update, mobile update using SMS (wish list) • Multiple Tablet size support • Option to implement to Mobile ( Android) and also option to develop for iOS and Windows. Looking for modular approach Detail design of screen and wireframe of the apps and other details will be provided during bidding process. We require a beautiful look to the App to make it stylish.
