Android App - make my current app better!(repost)

I currently have an android app in the market for about 14 months now. It is called Trackback - Hunting Edition. It is a GPS app that lets you set waypoints, and get a direct line from where you are to the waypoint. All files are attached for you to look at. The map doesn't work great, and I have people telling me that even though their GPS is enabled, the app still can't find their location. Here's what I would like you to bid on: 1. make the map work better/smoother, without the edges of the map showing when changing direction. 1a. make it so the app can find and locate the end user via the GPS on their phone. 2. when long pressing a waypoint on the map view, bring up options to either "navigate to waypoint", or view waypoint settings. 3. option to add any of the following to a saved waypoint: a. notes b. pictures c. audio 4. Option to "navigate via google directions" to a waypoint by using the gps coordinates. 5. Option to send any info on waypoints via email to another person 6. App must be able to "walk" a person to a set waypoint, whether it be in the woods, on the water, etc. *** * Option to "drive to your waypoint w/ Google Navigation" * Opens up google navigation, and puts the lat/long info into the "navigate to" field * Option to view waypoint information * Option to email waypoint information * Email would include all information from the waypoint, including notes, media, etc. Lat/Long should be a clickable link to a google map 3. **View map** * View a current map * Map will show currently saved waypoint markers and current location * Click on a waypoint brings up the waypoint name, and option (the same as "when a waypoint is chosen" from above) * Click anywhere else on the map gives the option to save that location as a waypoint * **Menu Button (on phone, from all screens within the app)** * Preferences * Units of measurement * Standard (US - measurement in yards) * Metric (measurement in meters) * Save Current Location * View Saved Locations * Exit Is it possible to cache a 3 mile radius of a map around saved waypoints? That would be very helpful if it is possible. If you can think of anything else that would make this app GREAT, please let me know! I am open to suggestions! You may improve my current code, or re-code the project. Whichever will make it the best app possible. Time frame is 2 months from acceptance of bid.
