Android App Livewallpaper Developer Needed for just change the code Simple 5 min work

I have the Source code but i am not Android programmer. I let this code make a Freelancer but he send just the code and not helped me. This is a Slide App but You can use it as a wallpaper too. I need in this App: 1. If i set the slide show as a wallpaper it must change the picture After x sec or min. 2. You have to crate a menu to set the speed of picture change in App. 3. And you have to explain to me how can i CHANGE the Name and the pictures of the app. or if you have your own better or simpler Source code you can send it to me and then explain how i can make the changes. If you dont have the time to show me how can i change the Pictures and the name of app DONT BID.
