Adding an optional time delay to an existing ea

I have an existing EA that I want to add an additional user variable to This is the ability to add a time delay between entries so that in addition to a pip distance a time variable will also need to be met eg If user variable "time delay" set to 0 then no delay If user variable "time delay" set to 5 then a 5 minute delay Time setting can be set in minutes and seconds - eg 5:30 would be 330 seconds delay
