They purchased more than 12 months ago, so they may not remember. You’ll have to remind them that they made a purchase from our web site more than 12 months ago.
Tell them that you work for Boutique Wineries and that you are conducting a survey to examine customer satisfaction, and that the call will only take a few minutes.
Tell them that if they answered all of the questions they will be able to receive a wine gift voucher valued at $10.
Reassure them that their responses are confidential and are stored anonymously once completed.
Just remember that the time zone is GMT +10 so call them at a reasonable hour.
