Brand and logo design

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to design a brand and logo for me. I'm creating new self development website: g r o o o w . c o m . I want to make a brand from it, so it will be immediately recognizable. This must be dynamic, encouraging people to grow and to develop themselves. Please PM me with your ideas about this. The site has no design yet, so if you are also a designer it would be a help if you have in mind also concept of site as a whole (we will be looking for designers also, so if you have a good concept we will be happy to give this job to you)

I would like to get also some flash versions of it etc.
