Scenario:
I have a multi-IP VPS with squid proxy. It works fine with regular browser proxying.
However, I would like to set it up to allow a non-http TCP/IP application (example thunderbird) to use the squid proxy using the 'HTTP CONNECT' method. I would want it to work on many ports (not just 443).
