Convert Joomla site to multilanguage

We have a simple web site with 5 pages in Finnish running in Joomla 2.5.9 with special template. We need to add first support for English, Russian and then later for other languages. We need someone to convert the web site to support easily any number of languages and to have language change control in top menu (and still keep the nice look we now have). We will send you the web site backup and your job is to make the needed changes and then send the site back to [login to view URL] can use google translations to convert Finnish texts to English and Russian. We will fix the texts after the site supports multiple languages properly. We are in hurry with this, we need someone who have this kind of stuff beforehand and can do it without learning all this.
