changes to photography website

I have a webiste that i did myself using Joomla. I have a few changes that i would like to make to my website.

I would like the copyright on the footer to be changed, i would like to remove the "font size" on each page. And i would like to 3 pictures of the baby to be only on the main page and not all the different pages.

and then i would like my gallery to be spilt into different folders for example, kids, babies etc..

I want to grey panels on the left and right of each page to be changed to white.

And i would like my emails to be set up that i can get emails to my webfusion account and not use the yahoo account i currently have.

I want twitter and facebook links set up as well

I might have a few more changes.
