We need a basic website with several small survey questions. Users will also need to upload an image file the site needs to verify it is an image file. The questions will be read from a JSON file. After the questions are answered the user will be emailed a confirmation. The should be no data saved, this is very simple. No styling necessary either. If you are interested I will send you more information.
We also need documentation on how to go about setting up to website on azure, this is the main purpose of the project to make a tutorial
