Angular2 schedule

Hello, We search for an expert user experience to be one of our team.. We are 2 asp .net developers and we get a very big project and we need a user experience to join our team and it must be fast and free for us.. For test to you, one of the modules of this system to design a full schedule for employee's tasks inside number of rooms( something like [login to view URL] ) 1 ) We have three parameters for this schedule to grouped by ( Employee's names - Time - room's numbers ) so in this schedule we can make any of those parameters horizontal or vertical or group by.. For example : we can choose : Time to be horizontal axis and Room's numbers to be vertical axis and group by employee's names.. 2 ) We have a free area for unassigned tasks ( free tasks ) and the user can drag drop this tasks to assign an employee for this task.. 3 ) This schedule should have : pop-up message when hover on any task - drag drop between any tasks - not accept overlapping between tasks or give alerts for this We will discuss more but please read carefully and put in your mind that we have 12 modules for this system and this is one of the system so this will be long term relationship.. The system should be written on Angular2 or you can suggest suitable languages, We will use Asp.net MVC..
