Apply CSS/JS changes to a website

1) add two small arrows in a footer that can scroll the content of widget (and remove current standard scrollbar)

2) When dragging a widget: the red slashed line is to thick, and note that when you click on a title of a widget the lower widget goes up, as the ghost is to big i think. also the red thick line should be replaced with 1px blue one.

3) provide minimize action, close action, and edit action , action icons should be displayd constantly for every widget

4) change the behaviour when dragging down a widget- currently widgets are switched whentop border of upper one crosses in the middle lower one, should be - when bottom border of upper widget crosses in the middle lower widget.

5) detect what causes in IE6 javascript error message and propose solution, probably it is a line break in html code, but not sure where

6) put comments in places where you change the code
