Develop a web app

The app will have almost the same functionality as an existing Android app. Two variations are required - touch screens - mouse screens The touch screen version should have a layout that adapts to the device screen size and orientation. Some work has already been started on the web app, using Sencha Touch 2; but you are free to use different tools if you prefer. The web app is for generating travel ideas, and is based on our existing Android native app. You can see the Android app here: [login to view URL] The app communicates with the Google App engine via a RESTful interface using XML messages. The API will be provided. A high level of design skill is required to ensure it looks well and works well on touch screen devices. It must be built to a quality standard accepted by major app stores including iTunes, Google Play and Amazon. The functionality required is largely the same as the existing Android app. There will be changes to the UI, and one new function, the ability to create a shortlist of ideas, and store and administer them locally on the device.
