Implement A Recommender System and to predict the rating of the books on specific datasets or predict the rating of movies. You can use any algorithms but collaborative filtering is strongly recommended for this project. The datasets are from grouplens. Besides the code, a good document has to be provided to speicfy what you did, what the environment and tools you use and what algorithm you use.
