Hello! Im experienced in getting data from amazon and eBay APIs. Had a lot of similar projects before and all of them were successfully finished and employers were fully satisfied. For your project I will use Python to query amazon API every minute (it could be modified to seconds depending on the items number) to get the actual product value and some notification method (email for example) in case of your margin goes lower than 5% with links to both ebay and amazon listings. Hello, Please review below flow and let me know if this is what you're looking for: 1. you can enter amazon item url and ebay item url (you can enter as much as possible, we will display maximum 20 items per page) 2. system will track price updated on amazon (interval time is 5', you can change this configuration) 3. if item price changed on amazon --> calculate your profit in compare to your ebay item price (please give me detail formula) --> if no profit --> highlight this row with RED color and suggest new price for that item on ebay 4. if that item on amazon is out of stock --> highlight that row with RED color and show message "Out of stock". I will create web application for you to deploy on your local server, then all team member can access to it (but just admin user can add new item for tracking). Please let me know your thought on it. Hi, I have looked into the requirements of your project and already prepared a proof of concept for retrieving stock information for Amazon products. I have developed another application few weeks ago which was using Amazon WS API to retrieve stock information, and perform different operations on the products of an Amazon online store. Besides the screen presenting the products that are no more making profit, I am thinking to also have a configuration screen where you can: - configure value of the fee amount (or other elements used in the formula of the profit calculation or in the formula used for the suggested price calculation) - I am thinking to have a job trigerred every hour (configurable) that will scan all of your products, so you will not need to do that manually every time you want to check for those products (windows service) - your products can be stored in a database (or text, xml file) and also do the management of these products from your graphical interface (define amazon url, ebay url) -> these products are used by the job to do the comparison - these compared results (failed ones), besides being displayed in the interface, can be sent to an email adress (again configurable) With all of these features you will be able to dinamically change your application behavior any time you want without any further software development. There are so many suggestions are popping now into my mind and I would love to take this challenge and work on this project. Also please let me know if you want to have a look over my proof of concept used for retrieving amazon stock and price and to discuss further ideas/improvements for your project.
